Kids will love our weekly yoga class designed especially for them to be fun and active, while instilling the core principals of a yoga practice, including asana (poses), various fitness routines, and deep breathing to calm the mind and control emotions. Children will learn how to channel their feelings through special yoga techniques. Parents are welcome to join in for free!
