Yoga for Kids

Our yoga events for kids, led by Amita Jain, focus on teaching kids: how to gain mastery over their bodies, realize when their emotions take control, how to calm themselves through breath control, what is meditation, how food affects our mind and bodies, and the effects of screen time on our emotional health.
These events teach important life skills to children and empower them to take control over their actions and reactions. It's what they need to know but may not learn anywhere else.
