Our dance classes combine traditional Indian dance with contemporary Western dance styles, and are known for their high energy and dynamic moves. Classes teach foundational movements, rhythmic footwork patterns, and hand gestures. Students learn fun choreography and build up to a routine.
These classes help tone muscles, build endurance, increase strength and are also a great way to be part of a supportive community of friends, release stress, and develop confidence.
