This community class will be led by Darin Somma. Darin is a highly experienced and certified yoga therapist who has been teaching for over 20 years. He has a special gift of bringing together east and west for a holistic approach to practice.
In addition to helping others, prayer can also be a healing solution to our own anxiety about a situation. This event is an invitation to come heal and help pray with a collective offering of 10-yoga asanas, breathing techniques and more.
