Workshop on Vedic Astrology - Karma and Grahas

Do you find yourself stuck in situations in your life? Do you often feel anxious and fearful without any reason? Do you always feel life is a struggle and full of obstacles? Do you lack confidence to make decisions at every step of the way? Then, you may find some answers in this workshop. 

Jyotish, the Sanskrit term for vedic astrology, is made of two words - jyoti - light and ish - the divine. It includes the study of astronomy, astrology and the science of timekeeping using the movements of heavenly bodies. 

We are born into this world because of our desires. We are born, take this life, body, work and family to experience the actions of our previous lives and pay our debts. Jyotish is the snapshot of the order that the divine wants us to follow. The grahas, planets, are the energy that activate the lessons we humans need to grow in this life to ultimately be united with the divine. 

We do have a free will, a choice to create positive actions in this life to overcome the past negativity. One of the ways is to invoke the blessings of the grahas, planets, by chanting their mantras.

Join us to learn more about the grahas, their stories and how each of them impact us in different ways. Then, we will chant their mantras together to invoke their blessings and overcome our patterns controlled by them.
