About the Event
Our certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Mr. Om Sanduja, will guide you through ways to enhance your daily routine, diet and lifestyle habits, and answer your general questions regarding the teachings of Ayurveda. Our sessions will be interactive and conducted in small groups to encourage everyone to ask their questions. Held monthly. Free and open to members of Vedic Health Ayurveda.
