Kids Yoga Camp - our fifth year !  Teaching kids about yoga when they're young will give them a skill for life.  Enroll your child in this one week yoga camp where students will learn and practice yoga warm-ups, surya namaskar, asanas, kids-style of meditation, and so much more.  Kids will take classes in how to channel their emotions for positive change.  Kids will also learn easy techniques to help them improve focus and concentration.   Along with yoga practice, kids will take classes in healthy eating to keep their growing bodies thriving and strong, and effective ways to replace screen time with more enlightening activities.  Hiking field trip on one of the days, and a party for the kids at the end is also part of the fun.

Last summer, kids learned about how to grow and use medicinal herbs, and make their own therapeutic formulas in the form of teas.  We are working on another amazing theme for this summer's camp - stay tuned !
