Sound is sacred, sound has ability to cleanse our emotional energies and sound can open up the doorway to other energetic dimensions. The word Mantra is made of two parts - "Man" means mind, and "tra" which means transport. In other words, mantra is a sacred vibration or sound to enter the deep state of your being.
In chanting, mantras are repeated rhythmically, in succession, out loud or in silence of your heart. Mantra has an ability to alter the subconscious habits and impulses. Mantra chanting not only benefits oneself but all beings as sound vibrations move outwards infinitely.
Come together as a community to chant powerful mantras to raise our vibrations and uplifting the whole community. We will also go through the different sadhanas of chanting and recommendations for self practice. Free and open to all.
