Join us for our third year of Hot Yoga - a group outdoor practice of Hatha Yoga when the weather is hot and humidity is high! Hot yoga has many benefits including powerful detoxification by combing purifying asanas with heat to burn up aama (toxins). A unique experience for intermediate and advanced students. Bring yoga mat, water bottle and wear minimal, light clothing. Practice will be outdoors in the shade. Be prepared to sweat like you never have !
Class is 75 min long followed by 15 min of cool down and cooling herb tea
Dates will be changed if temperatures are below 90 degrees or in case of rain.
Open to all enrolled yoga students (suggested donation is $25). Not open to new students or guests. (Enrolled Level II students do not need to register.)
Note: This is an intense practice. Obtain physician approval. Not suitable for those with high blood pressure or those who become uncomfortable in heat.
