About the Event
A family that breaths together, stays together! Bring your kids, nieces, nephews, and your neighbor's kids to this fun and interactive Family Yoga session as we bring in the holidays! Our mission is to introduce yoga to children in a way that's not so serious, so we can plant the seeds of health and harmony in them. As children grow up in today's society, its important for them to have easy tools to deal with stress, challenges and the natural ups and downs of life. Once they understand the benefits of yoga and meditation, and they can think of it as easy and kinda fun, they'll be more likely to incorporate such a practice in their daily life.
Healthy snacks will be served after the class and teachers will be on hand to answer any questions. Our Kids Yoga & Fitness class, ages 5-15, will be open for enrollment. (Weekly class to start in January)
