About the event
A complete system that allows the mind to settle, that is effortless and deals with energetic and emotional stressors that keep us from finding inner peace. Meditation is simply letting go of the outside and turning deep within. These guided sessions will teach us how to go from a scattered, restless mind to a state of silence, calm and bliss within minutes. Classes held weekly. We suggest 4 consecutive classes to develop a strong personal practice.

Classes are free and open to all, however priority is given to Vedic Health members undergoing Ayurvedic supervision. Class size limited to 10 people.
