Are you ready to go deeper in your practice? This class incorporates holding the primary asanas, incorporating breath and stillness, developing mind control, leading to a state of pure silence. Yoga nidra, pranayama, and meditation is the natural progression, leaving students feeling blissful and peaceful for days.
For intermediate to advanced students who have completed one year in the Level 1 or All Levels class.
