Explore and activate each main chakra through fun dance movements and chakra tuning forks. No dance experience needed – just bring your body, your breath, and your open heart! Participants are invited to wear their favorite chakra color or all white (a combination of all colors).
Each chakra will be:
Explored – with a short intro on its meaning and purpose
Activated – through dance designed to embody its unique energy
