About the Event
Ayurveda believes that when diet is wrong, medicine is of no use and when diet is correct, medicine is of no need. Food is nourishing, rejuvenating and healing. From the moment you step out to buy the food, how and where you buy it, how you prep and cook it at home and how you enjoy it. It all impacts the energy of the food and how it impacts your health.
Join us to learn wholistic cooking based on Ayurvedic principles to prevent and heal your imbalances. This course goes beyond just cooking and will teach the skills needed for life such as setting up the ayurvedic kitchen, food sadhanas to energize food and so on.
This course will feature dishes from a variety of international recipes including breakfast, dinner, salads, bowls, snacks, beverages, smoothies, nutritive desserts, and more.
