Vihaar (Lifestyle) is a key pillar of health in Ayurveda. It includes Dinacharya (daily habits and lifestyle), Ratricharya (night routine), Ritucharya (seasonal routine), and Sadvritta (code of conduct). Ayurvedic lifestyle promotes physical, mental as well as social health and ultimately leads to improvement in the quality of life and thus, helps in the prevention and management of imbalances.
Please join us to learn more about Ritucharya and Sadvritta to work consciously towards good wholesome health. In this session, you will learn how our micobiome changes with season and so should our diet and routine. With the knowledge of Sadvritta, you will realize how with personal and social conduct you benefit the whole society in addition to individual health.Â
