Sun Salutation Step 1

Raise arms over head

Bend forward align fingers and toes

Step right foot back with knee down

Step left foot back into plank pose

Lower knees chest and chin to mat

Lift head and chest into Cobra pose

Lift hips up and back into Downward Dog pose

Step right foot forward between hands

Step left foot forward into Forward Bend pose

Raise arms up and back

Come back to Namaskara Pose
