A quick and easy routine that one can practice every day will also challenge you, increase your heart rate, and work up a sweat. Regular practice of Surya Namaskar will help improve overall health and fitness, and prepare you for more challenging asanas so you can comfortably attend the All Levels class. Variations will be taught to suit all levels.
Learning the correct technique of Surya Namaskar is required to enroll in the Hatha Yoga All Levels class.
